All workouts are physio-designed and pilates based.

About Me

My name is Lara, I am a physio and clinical pilates teacher and have been helping people work to improve the way their bodies move for over 16 years.

I am a mum to 2 beautiful boys, who were both brought into the world through IVF. My husband and I are both carriers of a neuro-degenerative genetic condition and so we chose to use IVF with PGD to ensure our babies would not be born with this terminal condition.
After countless embryos that were not suitable for use, many failed transfers, a miscarriage and multiple surgeries, we were blessed with our precious boys.

While going through my fertility treatment I was told that the only exercise I should do is walking and maybe some gentle yoga or pilates. But I couldn’t find anyone that could safely guide me through what I was allowed to do or not, and so I did nothing. I was so worried that I would do something to mess up the process and ruin my chances of a healthy pregnancy.
My mental health suffered from the loss of control over my body, and especially with no physical outlet to improve my state of mind.

Since then, I have been passionately working to help other women avoid this situation. Through my training and experience as a physio and clinical pilates teacher, as well as my personal experience of infertility and the IVF process, I have put together this program to guide you through your fertility journey, no matter what stage of it you are on.

Through this program, I hope that you feel empowered, physically stronger, and more deeply connected to the beauty and strength within you.
